These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TROOV INC.’s social app, troov ("App"), which allows users to post activity ideas and connect with others interested in those activities. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

4.2 By posting activity ideas, you grant TROOV INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App.
5.1 The App allows you to connect with other users who are interested in your posted activities. TROOV INC. is not responsible for the conduct of any user. You agree to exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with other users.
6.1 TROOV INC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the App at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
7.1 The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. TROOV INC. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 TROOV INC. does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TROOV INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TROOV INC. is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.1 TROOV INC. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
